For anyone interested in some light technical details we're currently developing a very lightweight CMS that can be deployed on minimal hardware; no server side processing, no database, very small payloads, and super fast deployment. It's currently mostly in the theorycrafting stage, but like all good developers we're eating our own dogfood - the very text you're reading comes from the first "enough features to use" version.
We're also working on a second version of our CRM specifically designed to allow support providers and clients to collaborate online, manage to-do lists, tasks, appointments, etc. The first version was largely a proof of concept inspired by the struggles we faced in the past trying to tailor an off-the-shelf solution for a client - the whole "neccessity is the mother of invention" deal in a nutshell - but while it fulfils its core purpose there were lots of functionality and niceties we wanted to include that had to be left on the table due to time and budget constraints.
